Symptom: Parts/Accessories missing
Possible Cause(s):
- Packed in tank
Corrective Action:
- Check in tank
Symptom: Vacuum cleaner will not start
Possible Cause(s):
- Defective switch or defective motor
- Note: On Demand Vacs (925-63, 925-64 and 925-65) The vacuum circuit breaker button is triggered and showing out - or no continuity
Corrective Action:
- Contact Customer Service.
- Push circuit breaker; If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Service.
Symptom: Dust discharging from exhaust
Possible Cause(s):
- Filter not installed
- Filter damaged
- Filter clogged or dust is too fine
- Filter not functional
Corrective Action:
- Properly install filter
- Replace filter
- Use more efficient filter
- Clean or replace filter
Symptom: Loss of suction
Possible Cause(s):
- Loose hose connection
- Filter clogged
- Full tank Hole in hose
Corrective Action:
- Tighten hose connection
- Clean or replace filter
- Empty tank
- Replace hose
Symptom: Static shock
Possible Cause(s):
- Dry environment
- Relative humidity of air is low
Corrective Action:
- Add moisture to air (if practical, use a console or installed humidifier)
- This situation is temporary and does not affect the use of the vacuum cleaner
